Tiger, the drug addicted, sex addict pays a prostitute is less than news but more than gossip. The Patriots’ own Mr. Kraft? news.

Even with Tiger’ background, it would be more newsworthy if Tiger’ name was announced over Kraft.

There’s one of these places just outside city limits. It’s been busted three or four times in the past few years. I don’t know how the owner is able to keep reopening.

Could be evidence based. Kraft is supposedly on tape, maybe the second round of arrest warrants where the next famous guy gets it isnt on tape.

Could it be as simple as abc order on how they process the warrants?

First of all, this thread has made my embedded ads a whole lot more interesting than usual...

Legally, I wonder the precedent of law enforcement hanging onto evidence of a person participating in a misdeameanor for this long (from crime to arrest). Imagine getting a simple misdemeanor two months after you commit the crime. If it’s a felony, I can understand.

Also imagine legitimate expectation of privacy concerns from the defense of the charged.

What’s the real goal here? Overzealous DA or a legitimate attempt to stop human trafficking?

Patriots always run into trouble in South Florida.

Is the NFLN covering this yet?

The delay in releasing names could be just because of the number of jurisdictions involved.

Not to say that Tiger is beyond this sort of behavior, but he's been in Mexico all week for the WGC. I kind of feel like if he had been implicated two weeks ago, the word would have leaked out much sooner than "after Bob Kraft."
