    Let me get this straight:
    *Posting while driving?
    *Doing 85-plus?

    Yeah, as dre pointed out, wow. Thank gosh you are miles away from me with this one. I pray for those driving in your proximity.
    Put on some music, put down the phone, slow down and drive. Tell us all about it when it is all over.

    @Moddy: I see your point.

    I'm only posting when stopped for construction (which seems like every mile at the Texas/Louisiana border) Plus, it's tough to keep the speed below 80 in Texas/Louisiana and not get run into the median.

    And yes, it's a lot easier to run myself into the median if I'm distracted. I'll take that one out of play.

    Onward.

    @SportsJournalists.com: I am safely at my destination after about 6 hours total travel time (including stops). Turns out the hotel has a casino on the main floor (card games, slots, etc.)

    Anyone have any Blackjack or Baccarat tips?

    Stay on 12? The probability is higher of getting a 9 or lower though.

    Am I wrong on that though?

    It's actually going to be my first time in a casino, ever, so any help I can get will be very, very helpful.

    I know enough to give myself a budget and never to go to the money machine, but otherwise, I am at a loss.

    I'd hit on 12-14; 15 or 16 could go either way. And some SportsJournalists.com style advice:

    Always split Aces.

    If the dealer is showing a 4, 5 or 6, and your two cards combine to 9, 10 or 11, Double Down.

    Get a lot of 21s.
