    Good, solid ballplayer from the 1960s. Multiple teams, best years were with the Indians.

    Great stories from Pluto, as always.

    Held took an interesting path to Cleveland. He was one of the Yankees players traded to Kansas City along with Billy Martin in the infamous "Copacabana" trade in 1957. A year later, he was traded with Vic Power to the Indians for ... Roger Maris.

    Seems like there's been a lot of these threads lately. So sad.

    Guy could hit. I saw him play for the Senators when I was a kid.
