RIP to one of the little guys

  1. The big names get lauded when they pass. Cheers to Paul for making sure one of the cogs in the machine also gets his due.

The earlier column he links to near the bottom of the RIP piece is very touching. I wish I'd gotten to meet Jim Long.

Jimbo worked as hard as any writer I've ever known. Can't ask for more than that.

RIP to one of the good ones.

If you know Paulo for one second, you know he doesn't forget those who have worked for him over the years, and he keeps in touch with MANY people from his many years there.

Very sad to hear about Jim's passing. I knew he had health problems, but had no idea of the extent what he went through in the years I knew him. What guts. For all of us, myself included, who feel sorry for ourselves in these tough times, worth reminding ourselves that our worst days are easier than some of Jim's best days were.
