Also linked there is a "Sweet Life" duet with Marie Osmond. Never heard that before. Davis didn't need her help, put it that way.

Thought it was going to be Pablo Cruise or Player.

Patchs, now that you mentioned these groups and performers from the AM Gold era, along with Player and Pablo Cruz, I have to make this admission: I'm a huge fan of music between the 60's and the early 80's. All of Motown, The Association, Player, Ambrosia, New Edition (yes the Bobby and Ralph version), Vicki Sue Robinson, and I'm a sucker for Helen Reddy's "I Am Woman, Hear Me Roar."

It was just great freaking music by singers/songwriters during that period.

I dedicated "I Go Crazy" several times to Sandy Thomas, on Q-101 back in the day.
    Sandy was wonderful.
    Awful news.
I never met thie man, but know plenty of folks who knew and loved and hung out with him.
    RIP, Paul Davis.

So, Blitz, you gonna grow the long straight hair and full beard ensemble as a tribute to your fellow East Mississippian?

Gino Vanelli and Starbuck could also play a couple of their hits.

Don't forget Van Stephenson and "Modern Day Delilah."
