    Damn, I might be the only poster old enough to remember watching him as Elfego Baca on Walt Disney. I sure remember T.H.E. Cat. Loggia was a smoothly handsome dude when young.

    He was fun as Tom Hanks' boss in Big. Also had a good role in Independence Day, and a bunch of other films.

    A Mizzou J-School alum who was fond of saying he got a BJ at Mizzou (which would have been no small feat in 1951!).

    Also his Minute Maid ad is for my money one of the all-time product endorsement spots. "If you say so, Mister Loggia!"

    Just to add to the movie resume, I saw "Necessary Roughness" on Netflix a few days ago where he played, well, himself as an assistant coach. He was pretty great in that too.
