I'm glad the Wings finally did the right thing, albeit about 40 years late, and retired his number this year

For three years during the time he played for the Leafs he was also a member of the Canadian parliament. Just think about that.

He was the first coach of the Los Angeles Kings and took them to the playoffs twice and a semifinals, albeit in the expansion division.

I never saw Kelly play for the Wings
When I started watching hockey he was an All-Star center in Toronto
I know Britt Burns switched back and forth and Fedorov played defense once in a while but I can’t think of a Hall of Famer who had a mid career position change like that and who was great at both positions

Craig Biggio was an All-Star at both 2B and C.

    I meant hockey
I should have made that clear

He was sent away by Jack Adams but I think he just slipped through the cracks
People my age thought of him as a Maple Leaf
Next one in the rafters should be Fedorov but there's talk that won't happen as long as Marian Ilitch is alive
That might change if Stevie Y brings Fedorov back into the organization

I kinda figured that... but that went up after Robin Yount and Ernie Banks, so I went with it.

Comes to hockey I got nuthin'. Not my bag.
