    I can't believe that I didn't not one thing about Red's passing today until now. Shame on you local t.v.!

    I didn't have the priviliege of watching most of Buttons' work, but he will always be the Dad from "Pete's Dragon," with Helen Reddy.

    Pete's Dragon is a little lonelier without you good sir. :'(

    We didn't do an RIP the other day to June Allyson, so this seems like an appropriate place to also wish her a happy here-after. May she never run out of Depends. :)

    Actually, Red Buttons was the sidekick to the dastardly Doc Terminus (played by Jim Dale). Mickey Rooney played the Dad. They were all great. One of my favorite movies from my childhood.
