    The first movie I ever saw in a theater was a bomb call Swashbuckler. Had a great cast, though.

    James Earl Jones
    Genevieve Bujold
    Beau Bridges

    and Peter Boyle as a fucking creepy pederast.

    He was perfectly cast in Monster's Ball, which I think some of the obits overlooked.

    Loved him in Raymond (he should have won an Emmy!) and Young Frankenstein of course. But if you ever get a chance to see his Emmy winning guest spot he did on X Files, it's one of the best shows of that series. Tremendous.

    I wonder if he talked with members of NAMBLA to get into character?
    And yes, he did a great job in Monster's Ball.

    Vaguely remember him in a gangster movie I believe called "Men of Respect." Anyone remember that?

    "Joe" was probably the first "adults" movie that I got. I would remember Mr. Boyle if there had never been a Raymond. Great character actor.

    My ex-wife, who worked in the mental health field at the time, LOVED that line. LOVED it.
