    Kind of a reverse on British/Scottish actors playing U.S.-sounding characters. R.I.P. to a man who created a character that was a master of passive-aggressive.

    This...this...twisted old fruit.....

    One of my fave scenes from that movie. I hope he figured out how to get 14 people on a king leisure bed.

    He was also in Krull. I know that because it was on HBO every other movie when I was 12 or so.

    RIP. Nobody ever did a better Ducky Dempster impersonation.

    He also played a slave owner in that cinematic classic "Mandingo," and had some parts in the Shearer-Guest-McKean mockumentaries.
