RIP Nora Ephron

I'd already seen one report on Twitter's Breaking News feed that the WashPost is reporting she has died, but I've not been able to locate anything other than a report on the web that she's gravely ill.

I used to read her stuff regularly in Esquire. She coined one of the great foodie terms ever, "gastroporn".

I had NO idea she was 71. Wow.

Read a story on the only scene guys like in Sleepless in Seattle ... when Tom Hanks and the guy who played his bro-in-law start weeping over the Dirty Dozen. Was supposedly an ad-lib. The cameras kept rolling, the director loved it and left it in. Apparently Nora was not pleased.
