    With today's technology it's not a stretch to say EWF was more popular then the Beatles

    Oasis sold more CDs in the U.K. than the Beatles, but I wouldn't say they were more popular.

    Not going on record sales. I don't think the Beatles ever played before audiences the size of the ones EWF performed in front of. I don't think The Beatles touched as many people of different nationalities and cultures the way EWF did in their heyday. Don't get me wrong. I love the Beatles but they just didn't have the impact or the longevity EWF had
