Forget end well. It wouldn't begin well. Might go over at Stamford Bridge. But I wouldn't advise it at Anfield.

Newcastle-Sunderland this weekend. Might be epic singing there.

RIP...she had her beliefs and followed them.

Is the BBC playing Elvis Costello's "Tramp the Dirt Down" today? ("When England was the whore of the world, Margaret was her madam")

I saw a newspaper picture from the political campaign
A woman was kissing a child, who was obviously in pain
She spills with compassion, as that young childs
Face in her hands she grips
Can you imagine all that greed and avarice
Coming down on that childs lips

Well I hope I don't die too soon
I pray the lord my soul to save
Oh I'll be a good boy, Im trying so hard to behave
Because there's one thing I know, I'd like to live
    Long enough to savour
That's when they finally put you in the ground
Ill stand on your grave and tramp the dirt down

She didn't always do what was politically popular. Too few do that today anywhere.

#nowthatchersdead is being interpreted as news of Cher's death.

George Galloway, a rather, er, controversial politician in his own right, tweeted "tramp the dirt down" in the immediate wake of the news.

He then went rather further on followup, shall we say.

Can anyone photoshop a picture of Thatcher dancing in a see-through bodystocking on a battleship?
