Beat Ali two out of three times, officially only got credit for one.
The fight was Holmes was a great one.
I also remember him as a judge on The Gong Show. With one really bad act, another judge (the long of nose Jamie Farr, I believe) held a card that read "Ali" over the gong and Norton hit the target.

Also starred in Drum. I believe he and his son, former Dallas Cowboys star Ken Norton Jr. made peace many years ago after a shaky relationship.
    RIP

Damn, that first win over Ali was probably the most shocking athletic upset of my early life.

He said early life. Douglas' upset happened 17 years later.
