Always liked the way Ingram and Charles sang the tail on We Are The World.

Those who got more than one line in the song, Charles, Springsteen, Wonder, Michael Jackson and Ingram.

"One Hundred Ways" was fantastic. He and Quincy Jones were quite the duo for a while ...
"Just Once" was another of their collaborations.

The original version. And, frankly, better. That Quincy is on the album cover is a bonus.

If Just Once was all he did, it would have been enough but he did so much more.

Just Once and those similar, represent the "slow jams" from the 80's which led to slow dancing, etc. I used to joke with my buddies that they were "loser" songs, love lost and the aftermath.

I am not up on current music, but it seems that such songs are not as popular as they were. Anyone think otherwise?
