Hosted game shows, as did his brother Jimmy Narz, who took the name Tom Kennedy:

I remember seeing Narz on "Now You See It," which re-runs on GSN most nights. I never remembered watching that show growing up -- and I was a game-show fanatic -- so I was curious when I stumbled onto it one night.

That show lasted only two years, but it was interesting, if a bit convoluted. You had to find hidden words in a mass of letters based on the clues Narz read off. You started off as two two-person teams, then the players on the winning team would compete against each other for the right to take on the defending champion.

BTW, how do you become a "game show expert" as that one professor from Union College in Tennessee was? Did he kick Ben Stein's ass or win on Jeopardy?

  3. Dotto!
Watched him in the hospital when I was a very ill little boy.

I actually know that guy. He used to publish a newsletter about game shows and now he has a website. He worked in TV news for a while, too.

  5. Well, it helps if you've never, ever, at any point in your life, had sex.

Nice work if you can get it.

Owner of a great pick-up line that my co-workers use to their benefit.

"This is Birdscribe. He's a Jeopardy champion..."

That's what people always say about sportswriting.
