    Too damn true. There were some insufferable pricks on that team and some who thought they were indestructible. He was neither. Damn.

    I'm not going to lie and say I was a Carter fan. I did admire him for playing the game with a lot of passion though.

    Still, brain cancer sucks. I've watched a couple of coworkers and family members slowly have their life taken from them from brain cancer. I feel for any family who has had a family member go through that fight.

    I loved watching those Expos teams on CBC in the early 80's. Carter, Tim Raines and Andre Dawson were players I would follow closely their entire careers.

    He will be sorely missed by so many. RIP.
