    He also made frequent appearances in the first row at NJ Nets games at the Meadowlands when I had part of a season ticket package. One time when the Knicks were visiting, Spike Lee was also in the good seats, and they had such genuine smiles seeing each other.

    Guy had an interesting life. Ended up in acting after losing his job at Greyhound. Hustled pool and was a petty thief before landing a job as a bouncer at Budd Friedman’s Improv.

    Don't know if there is such a thing as a bad performance by Danny Aiello. He impressed me with how he seemed to take direction and just blend into whatever movie he worked on. His blink and you'll miss it turn in this gem is gold.
