    The news on Chris is very shocking and sad. Chris was an intern with a ton of talent who made quite an impression and quite a few friends at the Philadelphia Daily News in the summer of 1996.

    Many in Philly were only too happy to extol his virtues when the Sun was considering him for a fulltime gig.

    It is very heartening to see he had great friends such as Kevin Van Valkenburg, who wrote a beautiful tribute. Thanks, Kevin.
