RIP Charlie Daniels

I know for a fact she made those claims up; among other proof, I spent three days in the bowels of the Cook County court records archive following up a tip and discovered that, yes, indeed, her mother had made the identical claims against her father during a very nasty divorce years before.

 

This reads like it was written by a second grader.

I've wondered why artists like Bonnie Raitt would associate with Browne after the allegations.

This person put quite a bit of work into it, I still don't know what to think.

My morals on these things are generally inconsistent, as I suspect everyone's are if you consider enough examples. I could watch an old clip of CK, but not Cosby. I wouldn't go see CK though.

I've always thought that Hank Jr was a blowhard, and now he disgusts me. But I still made my 17 year old listen to Rowdy Friends and The Conversation. I never liked more than a few songs of his.

Glad to read this. I'd heard for years she lied from people who could reasonably be believed but had no dog in the fight.

Townshend was cleared, sort of. He's still on a sex offender registry, but the people investigating the case found no evidence he actually viewed or downloaded images from that site. FWIW, something like that seems like a gimme when it comes to investigating his claims.
