Former MLB pitcher Brad Halsey has died at 33. He pitched for the Yankees in 2004, only won one game but it was a memorable one against Pedro on 7/1/04.

You probably remember it as the Dive game:

He was also traded for Randy Johnson.

Apparently died after a 'climbing accident.'

Halsey started the "Dive Game" but didn't win it. That game went 13 innings.

His win as a Yankee came two weeks earlier against the Dodgers.
