RIP, Bob Valli

  1. He covered the Oakland Raiders in their glory years in the 1960s and '70s for the Oakland Tribune, and later became sports editor of the Trib. Bob was one of the movers and shakers in sports journalism in the Bay Area for quite awhile. He had Parkinson's and died this week at age 80.
