RIP Bill Willis

    I didn't see a thread started on this, and I'm sure it's getting lost in the obvious news of Sean Taylor's death, but former Browns great – and NFL pioneer – Bill Willis died on Tuesday. I'm obviously WAAAAAAY too young to remember him as a player, but there is no denying the impact he had on professional football as one of the first African-Americans to play pro football.

    Just a way to remember a true legend and pioneer.

    They had a nice eulogy for him at the end of PTI today. Guy ran track at Ohio State a few years after Jesse Owens and played for Paul Brown...quite a life.
