    I think much of the board, even those who aren't dinosaurs, knows who she is because of Stand By Me.

    Report I saw said she had been in a coma for several years due to MS complications.

    Not sure why they had to throw "largely because of her breasts" in there.

    And not sure that today's fans of Britney, Justin and Ryan will ever grasp how big Annette was in the 50s and early 60s. Her name in a movie cast guaranteed success.

    Hard to believe she was only 70. RIP. Only ever saw those originals as repeats, but they were great.

    I remember her mostly from the beach party movies in the '60s but, yes, as a Mousketeer, too.

    Is there a movie star or performer today, the same magnitude of Annette was in the late 50's- early 60's, whose breasts we haven't seen?

    In her prime, she had an awe inspiring rack.
