RIP Ann Rule, true crime author

First for me was The Stranger Beside Me, of course. I read all of them. Small Sacrifices was a morbid favorite.

She was 83.

Ann Rule, 83; crime writer profiled serial killer Ted Bundy

Did not know she was born in Michigan.

 

I think I can make the connection. Ms. Rule profiled Ted Bundy, who in addition to serial killing was heavily into pornography and freaky sex ... sex ... Clintons! Abortions!

Do I win Yankeefan bingo?

 

There's an argument to be made that Rule is the second-most influential writer of the past few decades.
