Turns out smoking crack and shooting heroin is detrimental to one's health

I'm guessing it wasn't a big shock to them and they've been anticipating this day for quite some time. But I'm sure that doesn't make it any easier

It would be so much easier to converse with you guys if you all kept your pre-Cold War names.

Anyway, back to the topic at hand. Your loss if you didn't listen to her.

Was trying to say she was pretty much a one-hit wonder.

She chose to do drugs. Addiction is a serious issue, but even the most hard-core addicts know what they're doing. She shouldn't be written off because of her drug issues, but neither should we make excuses for her. The tragedy is that a human being essentially chose to kill herself and succeeded before she could get/accept the help she needed.

It's a shame she chose to follow the enablers in her life instead of the people that cared for her. I don't care how bad a person is, or how self-destructive they have lived their life...when someone passes away this young it is really tragic and sad. I hated her music and had no respect for her as a person, but there were people who loved her. At one time she was a little baby and the shining joy of her mother and father. Now she is gone. Heartbreaking.
