    After seeing him host, the "Burton or else!" crowd on Twitter has become insufferable. Like, he was bad-bad. Only Dr. Oz was worse, of the hosts I saw. I don't think hosting Jeopardy is so impossible that Burton couldn't grow into a decent host, but if that's the case, they should just hire someone young and passionate, and let them grow into the job.

    After The Ringer article, you couldn't have him in a position of power/authority on the two most lucrative game shows in the nation.

    Yeah, the second he was dropped as host the EP gig was doomed. Just a matter of the buyout.
