Sorry for the confusion. I used the word 'greatness' as a synonym for 'stature.'

I.e., DiMaggio was one of the greats. Mays was one of the greats. Sinatra was one of the greats.

Greatness is a measure of quality.

Stature is a measure of elements including longevity, impact, popularity, etc.

DiMaggio and other baseball players achieved measurable greatness, through numbers and moments. Musical taste, on the other hand, cannot be quantified.

Sinatra's stature is undeniable. His "greatness" is up to the individual.

I sense an argument about the subjectivity of ASAR (album sales above replacement) starting. That's the stat which has supplanted Value Over Replacement Crooner, right?

His BBRC (Broads Banged over Replacement Crooner) would be Ruthian/Bondsian.

    Hell, it might be Wiltian.

    Ava Gardner on Frank:

"He only weighs 120, but 100 pounds is cock."

That would be epitaph-worthy for any guy.

There's no evidence to indicate that you have a credible ability to evaluate the aesthetic quality of Sinatra's ability as a performer.

Sadly, no woman could ever say anything remotely close about me.
