    It won't happen, but it would be funny if Al Golden called the Spiders up and said he's available.

    Greg Gregory of South Alabama, an ex-Spider QB, or Russ Huisman, the head coach at UT Chattanooga who formerly assisted at UR, might be candidates if the interim guy doesn't work out.

    Of course, Dick Tarrant was an interim coach at first too, also hired when the head coach stepped down at the 11th hour, and he worked out just fine.

    Since he did work for Fulmer during the Season of the Perfect Storm, maybe Phildo can go up there and "audit the program"/beg for a job.

    Huesman turned Richmond down after London left for Virginia and now that his son's a freshman QB at UTC, his alma mater, I don't think he's going anywhere for a few years.
