Revis takes a break from shutting down WRs to shut down Fatcesa

    Sorry, but not buying it. Francesca knew exactly what he was doing. He does it all the time. And if he's pissing the player off, I have no problem at all with the PR guy stepping in, though the more professional option would be to ask Francesca to move on.

    Part of the PR guy's job is to protect his players or staff, make sure they don't say anything idiotic and to help them with the interview (if he's with them).

    He shouldn't apologize for telling Revis to hang up if the radio guy was being a prick. It would be no different than an SID suggesting a coach or player move along to avoid a more combative situation. In some instances it's just better to stop and regroup later than to dive into a morass of shit that won't be good for the person or program.
