    I went to college in Minnesota and Devils Lake was always the place the TV weather man would point to on the map and grin and say, ``At least it's not as cold here as it is in Devils Lake, where it's 60-below tonight.''

    If you take this job, your first purchase should be a plug-in heater for your vehicle's engine block. Your second should be the warmest jacket you can find online.
