Something about keeping water running constantly to prevent germ build-up in pipes ...

If it's preventing the spread of germs is it really a waste of water?

You're assuming it's really preventing the spread of germs. Why can't they use a dishwasher like most places do?

Certainly doesn't make me feel bad about not partaking at Starbuck's.

I had a gigantic Starbucks latte this morning, so I feel like part of the problem.

As a lifelong resident of Seattle, I say this:

    Fuck Starbucks
    Fuck Howard Schultz

Really? I saw an interview with him once - in writing - and he seemed like a cool guy.

In mourning for the Sonics, most likely.

Don't rip my future employer! (Great benefits at Starbucks, you know.)

That made me laugh. Although they did just close a bunch of stores in my area.

I can say with pride I've never stepped foot in a Starbucks. How can their drinks be that much better than the 99-cent Cafe Mocha at the Kwik Shop?
