    Great news. I liked Petty, but some of the recent halftime acts have been awful.

    There has to be some sort of relevant act between the Jonas Brothers and the methuselahs they trot out for the Super Bowl. Prince turned 50 this year and he's the youngest act since the nipple incident.

    Hire the Chinese guy who created the Olympic opening ceremonies. I'd take his ideas he left on the drawing board over watching some greybeard sing Purple Rain or Born in the USA for the 1 millionth time.
