Report: NFLPA to oust Upshaw

    Just getting back from lunch and I heard a report from Mort that the NFLPA is planning to oust Gene Upshaw. Is there any links to this story, or just mere smoke and mirrors? Danke Schoen!

    They should have done this ages ago... NFL players have the worst deal with their league than any of the major sports by a country mile.

    Uh-oh. This could mean storm clouds on the labor horizon.

    Upshaw was so owner-friendly. How the players let him make it 20 years, I'll never know.

    Because there is going to be a labor stoppage in the next two years. They want someone who can actually lead that movement to lead it.
