What about the Gamblers?

Heck, bring back the old USFL helmet. I'm probably in the minority, but I don't think it looks dated. Just touch up the uniforms and alter the color scheme. Beats the fucking Texans.

 

After a particularly ugly loss, Randy Galloway once suggested the Cowboys be renamed the Fightin' Amoebas -- because they were spineless, brainless and gutless.

And for the record, I asked him if I could steal that line and he gave me his blessing.

The Kansas City Cobras. Purple and black. Red and black would be oK, too. With a side view of a cobra, eyes glowing.

Get rid of all of the Indian mascots.

Washington Redskins to Washington Bandits or
Tampa Bay Buccaneers to Tampa Bay Bandits (ala USFL)

I use to always create a Bandits franchise on Madden using this logo.

 

Such a uniform change would go over well in Pittsburgh. :

 

What about changing Washington to the D.C. Bombers? Rolls of the tounge quite nicely, they could do a military theme, or the Washington Generals and have the stars going across the helmet – base colour army green with yellow stars.

 

No, no, no. If the Chiefs change to anything, it should be the Kings. And they would put the name BELOW the number on the back of their light blue and red jerseys, to be trendsetters.
