Doesn't Reilly usually get ripped because he's doing sunshines pieces ... a "Day in the Life of ..." whoever? This is not a great piece but at least it has some teeth as opposed to the typical ESPN knob-slobbing when it comes to Tiger or anybody else in their sacred cadre of potential ESPYs hosts.

Yeah, "Tiger, quit swearing" - I smell a Webby.

Tiger is the greatest golfer on the planet — and a big, fucking baby.

Stop acting like your average half-in-the-bag weekend duffer when you don't hit a perfect shot.

But what's the point of asking Tiger why he cusses so much? ("Because I'm fucking pissed off.")

Or asking kids at the course what they think? ("What does 'fucking cocksucker' mean?")

What a bad, bad column that would be. "Local kids think Tiger has a potty mouth -- and I agree!"

Some columns don't need extensive reporting. This is one of them. There are a million things to slam Reilly about these days. Your critcism is like picking the nits on top of nits.

For a player of his stature, the frequency of Tiger's tantrums (pat. pending) remains disturbing.

I'm pretty sure it turned out Reilly never actually did such a thing -- in fact, was nowhere near said town where said press box is located on the day he was accused of this.

Of course, we never read *that* retraction on the Big Lead. God, I love the Internet.

WFW. I've criticized Reilly as much as anyone around here, but this one is not worthy of that criticism. He makes a good point and shows some nerve to call out the world's most popular athlete. I see no reason he needed to talk to him to write this, and the idea that he has no right to call out Tiger because of some alleged incident that took place many years ago is absurd.

With all the things kids are exposed to today at a young age, I'm pretty sure Tiger's F bombs are far down on the list of bad behavior they're seeing.

I don't think the kid piece is that important to the column, but I do hate this argument. Many parents work very hard to try and limit some of that exposure from their kids when they are very young. Golf on network TV should have a fair expectation of limited F-bombs.

In between the Viagra and Cialis commercials.

There's a whole lot of ground between not being robotic and acting like a petulant child. Tiger should tread some of it more often.
