Regional sports editor, Sheboygan WI

    Yes, it's Gannett. You're overseeing two papers, it looks like (Sheboygan and Manitowoc). Anyone else care to chime in on what it's like?

    The Sheboygan Press was a Guild paper in the 1980s. I don't know if any of that has changed. I remember when the Milwaukee Journal and Milwaukee Sentinel (when they were separate) newsroom employees voted in the Guild and were having trouble getting their first contract (I think 1985), they did some informational picketing. One of the signs said "We want parity with Sheboygan."
