Regional sports editor, Findlay, Ohio

Discussion in 'Journalism Jobs' started by Justin Biebler, Jul 23, 2020.

  1. I was the SE here up until last August and then filled a part-time role up until the paper was sold to Ogden Dec. 1. They let go the part-timers and trimmed a number of other newsroom positions after the sale. If you want more info on the situation there you can DM me.

Current SE is leaving to become SE at the Bryan Times. Findlay has a population over 40,000 and is the county seat of a county with a population of about 75,000. Bryan has a population of about 8,500 and is county seat of a county with a population of about 38,000.

Beware Ogden. Bob Nutting isn't just stingy with the Pirates payroll.

This is a good paper and a nice town of its size, but as noted, it's now an Ogden newspaper.
