Would the Bears go 2-14 or 1-15 if Cutler was out for the whole season? Doubtful. Somewhere in there, the difference succinctly illustrated.

Were you paying attention to the second half of last season? The Bears went 1-5 without Cutler.

To answer your question without snark: The Bears would absolutely eat ass without Cutler. With him, they're a playoff team.

    Dooley and football don't mix.

If beating one 7-9 team for your only playoff victory is cool, and if a career record of 41-37 is the stuff of franchise quarterbacks, then consider Jay Cutler to be Miles Davis.

That doesn't make Cutler a Marino or a Fouts or an Elway. Matt Schaub probably would do somewhat the same with the Bears.

Pipe down, Deer Fucker. Your dislike of Cutler and the Bears is duly noted.

Jim McMahon is more of a franchise quarterback than Jay Cutler.

The same Matt Schaub who has a good offensive line, great running game and arguably the best receiver in the league?

Give Cutler the same toys and let's see what he can do.

Your team hasn't had a competent quarterback since Montana retired. I could see why your vision is skewed.
