    So "Red Dawn" 2.0 is now, basically, the movie version of the "Homefront" video game.

    "MGM has been working with the film 'Red Dawn's' director and producers to make the most commercially viable version of the film for audiences worldwide," said Mike Vollman, executive vice president of worldwide marketing. "We want to ensure the most people possible are able to experience it."

    Possibly the best unintentionally funny quote of the year. Too bad our buddy Scribe isn't here to kick around any more. I'm sure he'd have plenty of high hilarity to offer about pinko commie Hollyweird bowing to the whims of the ChiComs.
