    I'll be there. There's a live album from The Three O'Clock coming out that day. I'll probably grab a few more things, just because I'm nostalgic as hell for record stores.

    I love the convenience of eMusic and Amazon and iTunes, but the death of the record store is like a huge chunk of my childhood gone.

    In the '50s and '60s one of my grandfather's brothers owned one of (if not the) largest record store in Cleveland Heights. Have never met that part of the family but would love to go to Cleveland one day to hear the stories of the place, and to see the photos.

    Well, I will likely be surrounded by a bunch of dirty hippies at the record store. One of the few places I can go and look classy.

    Oh, holy crap, you should have seen the crowd at the Widespread Panic concert Sunday. Hippies as far as the eye could see. We were in middle of a group that follows them around. It was the singer's birthday so they all had birthday hats on. I still have a contact high.

    And I would like to say publicly that the Dirty Hippies shall prevail this week.
