    And what happens to the current $12-$13/hour worker?

    Do they get the same percentage increase as the current minimum wage worker (say, to $17-$18)?

    Or are they just bumped to $15, too . . . working alongside people with perhaps far less seniority/experience for the same salary? That'll go over well.

    How it goes over with the rest of the staff will probably vary from business to business and state to state.

    Look at what happened at Amazon when they issued company-wide raises. Workers got "raises", but lost bonuses and benefits.

    Both are quite color aware. R's tend to crap on POC, and D's tend to point programs of various degrees of uselessness/usefulness at them.

    From my experience, the answers are:

    They go up to $15/hr.

    No. Just go up to $15/hr.

    (Oh, and anybody making more than $15 already? They get nothing. Or, maybe, a 2 percent raise).
