Which has better access to D.C. via shuttle or train?

IAD is well outside the city. DCA, i haven't flown there in a couple years, but when I did, it was fun to come down the river on approach.

Subway right there, two minutes into the city.
Dulles is a pain in the ass.

  6. Reagan is on the Blue and Yellow metro lines. If you want to go directly into the city, take a Yellow line train going toward Mt. Vernon Sq. Get off at Archives and walk down 7th and you're at the Mall.
