According to a TV news reporter, three teens in Orlando began shooting complete strangers just for kicks and then fled the scene when the police responded. After they had shot two people, the police chased them down. They caught a 16-year-old girl, but the other two teens fled on foot from their truck.

Here's a little aside that just puts local crime into context:

"At one point, officers thought they had the two juveniles cornered but they instead captured two suspected burglars allegedly involved in an unrelated crime."

    Now that's bad luck.

Except they did capture two more criminals.

    Creepy crapola.
