Once again, Schefter has it before ESPN

EDIT: slightly longer blurb -- http://www.nfl.com/news/story?id=09000d5d80e2e0a9&template=with-video-with-comments&confirm=true

Schefter probably should, given who cuts his paychecks.

I like the hire. Any franchise that has been languishing and needs an overhaul is wise to target defensive coaches. You can have a good offense and still suck; if you put together a good defense, no matter how weak the offense, you'll never be that bad. Also, it takes less time to put together a good defense.

Judging from the time of the first comment on the PD website (1:28 p.m CST), The Post-Dispatch had it before Schefter

Get ready for another year of offensive suck, Dallas fans.

At least Garrett coming back means T.O. will soon be cut.

So if TO is cut, what are the chances Roy Williams becomes a legit go-to-guy? I just don't see it.

TO will play for the Redskins next season if he's cut by Dallas.

Romo's demonstrated over the last 3 years that Witten is his go-to guy. So what changes?

That's easy. Jerrah will instruct Wade and Garrett to tell Romo to throw the ball to Williams.

Good hire for the Lambs. Now ditch Marc Bulger and Steven Jackson and you're on your way. Playing in the NFC West, they could be back in the playoffs in 2 years.
