Student 1 posts on social media: You're such a loser. You should just kill yourself.
It's so outrageous and over-the-line; student 1 believes it is an obvious joke.
Student 2 is the butt of the social media post.

    Funny? Does it matter?

Yes, if we are grading degrees of behavior, intent matters. If Person 1 kills someone by putting a gun to their head and pulling the trigger and Person 2 kills someone in a hunting accident, they aren't charged equally.

Well how did bitch get a negative connotation? Someone had to "assign" it.

You have always wondered that? Usually because I want to emphasize those points. Is that ok? I don't want to offend or confuse the issue.

Yes. That is why I wrote, "I've always wondered that."

    It was probably Bill Clinton.

I appreciate those that have given it thought, still waiting for the rest of you to state that you will take a second look at using the word bitch in public.

Are you under the mis-impression that this is the GangstaRappers.com industry online forum?

Where did anyone say they use the word bitch in public?

Listen, I have assumed it was clear that I am not a writer--insert your snark here--but I enjoy having a place to chat with people about sports and politics. If you don't like the way I write and communicate my thoughts, I totally understand that and I am not being fresh here, but you can just not read my posts.

    That's just silly.

    It was Elton John.

    Or The Glimmer Twins.
