    Wasn't Wild Thing the song Hendrix burned his guitar to at Monterey?

    I hope the Troggs kept the rights to that song (if they wrote it) because "Major League" would have made them a fortune in royalties for every time some team played that song.

    "Wild Thing" was written by American songwriter Chip Taylor, who also wrote "Angel of the Morning". (Taylor wasn't a member of the Troggs, but he is the brother of actor Jon Voight and the uncle of Angelina Jolie.)

    But Love Is All Around was one of his, and Wet Wet Wet's revival of it garnered him new riches.
