    Really? The one I had was, at best, so-so and very oily.

    I adored it when I ate there, but 2003 might as well be the Middle Ages now.

    Mine had to have been in 1998 or so. My first trip to New Orleans and just as I was getting into to blowing my disposable income on good food and drink.

    Actually mine was 2002. That New Orleans vacation was what produced little 'hack in March 2003.
