Quiet time to read - where do you find it?

  1. yeah, that's why I never read or listen to music at the gym.

    when you're doing cardio, it's all about getting your heart rate up and keeping it there

    I see people on the elliptical or bike machine who are more focused on what they're reading or listening to than keeping their heart rate in their target range. pretty much a waste of time.
