  1. Make sure you get some Rage Against the Machine in there, for when you start getting drowsy.

That's OK. I live with a wife, a daughter and two cats - and posted on CradleRobber's thread. I'm used to it.

L.A. Woman is indeed a great traveling CD, and I'll throw Morrison Hotel into the mix.

Led Zeppelin's Physical Graffiti is a good one, too.

And to mix it up, The Dirty South by the Drive-By Truckers.

Thanks for everybody's suggestions! I've got some good stuff now. Time to get some sleep so I don't swerve off the road in Ohio. See everybody Monday!

  9. Good luck. If you go through Columbus, OH, slow the fuck down. Town is one big speed trap.

Damn.... I'm too late to suggest Springsteen, Chuck Berry, the Old 97s, Waco Brothers, Pistoleros, and Roger Clyne & the Peacemakers.

Hey everybody! Back in the midwest! RE: Columbus, I stopped there for dinner at the Waffle House. They were very anxious, because they were getting ready for the RUSH concert to get out!
